RIP Matthias Hanson

Today we lost a great man.  Matthias Hanson.  With his icy blue eyes, shy ways and sweet manner, he won the hearts of everyone he met.  Matt became part of my family thru the years, and will always remain.  I will never forget the Christmas' shared, all the memories at Megan's, and every moment of laughter and love.  It's a tragedy to lose a dear friend, especially at such a young age.  We love and miss you, Matt.  You will forever be remembered.  I honor you for your bravery in the Marines and the War.  May you rest in peace.  We love you!

I will never forget this day,  I was shooting Megan and Alex and Matt had to hold Nora, and she was screaming/crying the entire time.  He was so sweet with her and patient.

Matt with his sister, bro-in-law, brother and sis-in-law.

Matt with his sister, Megan.

Matt with his brother and sister.

"When tomorrow starts without me,
Don't think we're far apart,
For every time you think of me,
I'm right here, in your heart."

  8. Matt will be misse so much, I can remember just like it was yesterday when me and him would leave school almost every day to go eat lunch. The first day I drove, but then after that he insisted that he did...... It took me a while, but I finally figured out why...... He was scared of my driving.

  12. I didnt know Matt very long or very well. It's crazy to think he and i graduated the same year and he is only a few months older than i am. I always knew him as Hanson. He was kinda quiet but very nice every time i saw him. He was one of my fiance, Donald Doering's best friends. He wanted Matt to be one of his groomsmen in our wedding. I was very sad to hear of his death and want to express my deepest gratitude for his service and sacrifice. He will always be remembered. I'm keeping his family in my prayers.
    love, linda fellows
